Dine together at the table with seating for 6 or keep things casual at the counter on the high-top stool seating for 3.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with street parking available for an additional 1-2 vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests.

• A starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent will be provided. Please plan ahead for longer stays.

• Spa Heating fee of $15.00 applies after 3 hours of use. During winter months, pool heating cost is $350.

• This home is equipped with 4 external security cameras for security purposes only. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front entry. The second is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the driveway area. The third is located on the side of house (left side walkway), actively monitoring side walkways. The fourth is located on the side of house (right side walkway), actively monitoring the walkway.

You will enjoy full private access to this entire holiday home, featuring a private entrance for your convenience. During your stay, you are welcome to use all indoor living areas, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities. Outdoors, you have exclusive access to your own private pool, hot tub, and a beautifully landscaped backyard with a patio and balcony, perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning desert and mountain views. Wireless key access details will be provided to you a few hours before your check-in time.

Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay in Lake Havasu City, we recommend having a personal vehicle as the area is best explored by car. Our property offers convenient driveway parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking available for one to two more cars. While there is limited public transportation, the city is easily navigable by driving, allowing you to reach the lake, the London Bridge, and local hiking trails in about ten minutes. For those flying in, the nearest major regional airport is Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport, located just a short drive away, while international travelers typically arrive via Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is approximately a three and a half hour drive from the home.

Enjoy our newly upgraded Fusion 44X pool system featuring hydrogen-enriched water that's gentler on skin, hair, and eyes, with little to no chlorine smell and a fresh, clean feel you won't find in most vacation rentals. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note that our check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. The property is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00. We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents, so please plan accordingly for longer stays. Parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles, with space for one to two additional cars on the street; the garage is not accessible. A spa heating fee of $ 15 applies after 3 hours of use, and pool heating is available during winter months for $ 350. For security, four external cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, and side walkways. The home is not suitable for children or infants.
