This home is not in the condition the photographs show. We arrived about 8pm in the evening. The yard for the dogs was un-useable due to scorpion weed growing everywhere in the back yard which is very itchy and dogs are highly allergic to it. There is an old barn in the back, the door was partly open, but didn't seem secure, I didn't want my dogs to break the door or have it fall on them. The dog run was in horrible condition, all the lattice falling down into the run and again, un-useable for dogs. The yard had trash in it and the run had trash in it from previous tenants. There was white powder on the kitchen counters. All the walls and carpet in the house was visible very dirty. game room games dont work. Master shower smelled very strongly of chlorine. The house could be nice, it has potential for sure, but it is in need of some major maintence and TLC. We ended up leaving the house at 10pm that night and staying somewhere else. My dogs wouldn't settle, plus they had no where to use the bathroom as they could not safely go outside. There were pee stains on the bench in the master from other dogs - yellow stains on the white blanket. Bedding and towels all seemed old and worn. Overall - just not a great experience, however, the property manager did refund us the trip due to the conditions. I would just hate for someone else to come encounter the same situation.
