Luxury Estate in Prime Location w Panoramic views of Lake Havasu

This newly purchased 4000 sq. ft. Estate is jaw-dropping. As close as it gets to the water without being on it, this home is less than a mile from everything. Literally! The London Bridge, Shopping and Great Restaurants to name a few. Your views of the lake and mountains are crystal clear while laying out at the Brand new pool w a color-changing light show, slide, and waterfall. Enjoy a drink while kids play on the private basketball court or playground without worry. There's even a mini hoop! Outdoor kitchen and custom-built glass fire table for those cooler nights. Home recently purchased and remodeled with brand new furnishings. Availability will be limited as it is our family vacation home, not a 'rental property.

This home has a new kitchen with an open floor plan to the main living area with 3 bedrooms upstairs3 The master bath with double sunk-in shower, and a beautiful, spacious, jacuzzi tub and double vanity's. The other 2 bedrooms are just as large with large closets. A spacious deck to enjoy the sunsets on the lake with a fire pit for the cold nights. Then 2 Masters Down Stairs. One of them is the size of a huge double garage with a very large sectional with a game room as well and 70' TV. There is also an additional kitchen to make lots of room for a weekend of BBQ'n and fun. This house has plenty of room and space for everyone.

Epic Havasu Resort

One the best locations to stay in Lake Havasu coupled with resort style accommodations. Ranging from a movie/game room to multiple clean bed and bathrooms. Excellent gourmet kitchen for all your dining needs, an outstanding pool area to entertain your guests with bbg fire pit and bat area. This all comes together with a spectacular view of Lake Havasu at its best. No need to look any further book now before it’s gone!!!

Beautiful property with amazing sunset views of the lake! Quiet neighborhood, close to amentities. Loved the outdoor space, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, nice yard to play games and the BBQ area was great for outdoor dinners.

For the most part it was a beautiful home to stay at for the holiday weekend!!! It was 13 of us and there was plenty of space. The jacuzzi did not work our first night which is unfortunate. Someone came out the next day and supposedly fixed it but it didn’t work again that following night. Besides that, everything else was great! I’d definitely stay here again next year :) thank you again!!

AMAZING HOUSE AND THAT VIEW!!!!!!

THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR GROUP OF 10 AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MORE. THE VIEW IS JUST AMAZING AS IT FACES THE SUNSET. WE DID HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE POOL HEATING WHICH WAS JUST AS FRUSTRATING FOR THE OWNER, IKE AS THE HEATER WAS NEW. BUT THE "POOLGUY" WAS OUT TWICE. WE WERE ONLY ABLE TO USE IT 4 OUT OF OUR 7 DAYS BUT THE OWNER QUICKLY REIMBURSED ME FOR THOSE DAYS. THE FIRETABLE FOR THE UPSTAIRS DECK WAS NOT THERE WHICH WAS DISAPPOINTING AS WE WERE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT ON THE COOLER MORNINGS AND NIGHTS. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND KITCHEN WELL STOCKED INCLUDING A VARIETY OF SPICES. THERE ARE 2 CROCKPOTS WHICH IS GREAT FOR THOSE LARGE GROUPS. THERE ARE 16 HUGE POOL TOWELS. THE BEDROOM LAYOUT IS A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE PICS. UPSTAIRS IS THE KING MASTER AND CRIB WITH A LARGE JACK AND JILL BATHROOM TO THE ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS. (YOU NEED TO WORK OUT A DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM SO YOU DON'T WALK IN ON EACH OTHER (: FROM THE OTHER BEDROOM) THE 3RD BEDROOM UPSTAIRS HAS A TWIN AS WELL AS A BUNK OF A TWIN ON TOP AND I BELIEVE A FULL SIZE ON THE BOTTOM (OR MAYBE A QUEEN). DOWNSTAIRS (WHICH IS ACTUALLY THE ENTRY LEVEL) HAS A BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN AND IT'S OWN BATH. THE OTHER "LARGE MASTER" DOWNSTAIRS IS ACTUALLY THE HUGE TV ROOM WITH LARGE SECTIONAL, POOL TABLE AND GAME TABLE. VERY NICE AREA. HAS FULL SIZE BATH OFF OF THAT. THE PIC WITH THE FUTON IS AN OPEN AREA BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND POOL DOORS BUT DOES HAVE SOME PRIVACY AS LONG AS FOLKS AREN'T GOING IN AND OUT ALL NIGHT. NO CURTAIN OVER THE DOOR BUT THAT WASN'T AN ISSUE THIS TIME OF YEAR WITH IT BEING DARK LONGER. THE FUTON IS THERE AS WELL AS ANOTHER BUNK WITH QUEEN OR FULL SIZE BED ON THE BOTTOM AND A TWIN ON TOP. THE DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN HAS A FULL SIZE FRIDGE AND A STOVE TOP, NO OVEN BUT THERE ARE 2 UPSTAIRS. VERY NICE FOR OVERFLOW FOOD AND IS CLOSE TO THE DOOR TO THE POOL AREA. WE WERE ABLE TO PARK IN THE GARAGE. NICE OUTDOOR FEATURES WITH THE BEAUTIFUL POOL WITH IT'S LIGHTS AND FOUNTAINS, OUTDOOR GAMES, FIRETABLE AND KITCHEN AREA. THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A LARGE GROUP, YOU CAN BE ALL TOGETHER YET HAVE SPACE TO GET AWAY FOR TIME ALONE AS WELL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IKE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH.

Great house for a big group

Loved our stay at this huge house. We had a 15 people in it and felt like there was plenty of room for all of us. Ike responded super quickly about anything we needed. The pool was fantastic, super fun for the adults and kids. We wished there was some kind of shade near the pool, the umbrellas provided were bent and the stands weren’t adequate to hold the umbrellas up. The slide needs to be replaced or repaired as it is broken and dangerous. Loved the large turf area for playing lawn games. AC throughout the house works and was so nice to escape the heat. Kitchen is a great size and stocked pretty well. Needs more forks and bowls. The room description is really bad and needs to be updated. There is no bunkbed, there are four rooms with beds. One large game room that could be a 5th bdrm and has room for an air mattress, it has a huge couch in it. One room has two queens in it, the futon isn’t in a bedroom it is in the pool entry area. The description is really bad and just needs updating for people to be adequately prepared for their stay. Thanks for having us we really loved the stay and the house.

The property is exactly as listed. Perfect for large groups. Plenty of spaces "to gather". Rooms don't pick up sound from people staying up late. Large Baja shelf in the pool is perfect for all ages. Natural gas barbque means you can barbque all day long. The view from up stairs is just SPECTACULAR!!! Stairs on this property might be better suited for above toddler ages, but for anyone else- no issues. Owner responded immediately to all communication. Would definately stay again.

Great House

We had four families and 15 total people staying in the house, there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was great, with the pool, hot tub, basketball hoops and bean bag boards. One added feature that we were unaware of and ended up being great was the gas tabletop fire pit that all eight adults were able to sit around. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Husband’s 40th birthday

We rented this house for my husbands 40th birthday. Needed a place to accommodate 13 of us. 8 adults 5 kids. It was absolutely perfect!! Had an issue in the beginning that was handled as quickly as possible. Communication between owner and manager were top notch. The outdoor space was our favorite place all week. Would definitely rent this home again.
