House is so beautiful and everything is decorated nicely. The backyard is spectacular and relaxing. It is on a busy road so if you are hearing sensitive just be aware that you can hear traffic inside. The owners were very accommodating to us and communicated very promptly.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, the only reason I didn't give this home 5 stars is that there is no mention in the listing that you have zero privacy in the back yard due to multiple cameras. I understand the cameras in the garage, front of the home and the back exterior on the garage (even though it points directly at the pool & part of the lounge area) however the camera that is installed in the corner of the covered patio seating area is a bit too much.

Wow! We can’t wait to stay again!

Such a beautiful home we cannot wait to stay here again! It was just my husband and I and our 4 month old visiting family in Havasu. We didn’t bring our boat this trip but there’s plenty of room for it! The house and yard and pool are just incredible. We’ve stayed at several properties in Havasu and this was most certainly our favorite! Owner was very nice and great communication. Unfortunately the pool is ran off propane so it’s very costly to heat. But earlier in the summer I’m sure you don’t have to. Will definitely be staying here again!

Ice cold pool

The home was beautiful but the pool cost A LOT extra PER day to heat which I didn’t see before I booked. Also the price doubled once I clicked “book it”, even though the dates for vacation did not change. I have been booking with VRBO for MANY years now and this is the first time this has happened and the add on fees at checkout have become ridiculous. Most likely the last time I’ll go with VRBO. Very sad, it used to be a fantastic system. Now they real in in with false advertising.

Best girls trip!

Stayed in this beautiful home with 7 other girls for a much needed getaway, and it was perfect! The place was huge and had more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The pool was beautiful, though it was a little chilly, we enjoyed soaking our feet and hitting the hot tub. It was very close to the lake, about 10-15 minutes to London Bridge. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great accommodation for families

We visited Lake Havasu for a family vacation with another family and had a wonderful visit. This home provided everything you may need from a variety of spices, to a surplus of beach towels, and other basic essentials to make your stay easy and accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Amazing Home for a family/Teen Birthday Getaway

We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday. After being "quarantined" for several months what she wanted more than anything was to get away with a small group of friends and hang out, go boating, and enjoy time with one another. This home was perfect! The accommodations were great! The bunk room fit all 6 girls, there was another room for my son and his friend, and finally, there was a glorious room for my husband and I! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing - and having access to a variety of rafts made it even nicer. The kitchen had almost all the items we needed to make dinner and entertain. (I would encourage you to bring extra disposable bowls & paper plates) The plates they have are almost too nice if you're dealing with a group of kids going in and out. Another great add on was the spacious boat garage which allowed us keep our boat and truck hitched up together safely. Having the boat and truck inside made it nice and convenient when it came to packing things up for the day. The air conditioning worked great, Also.... If you need to pick up a cake for a birthday celebration... Try "Smallcakes" ! It was recommended by the owner, and was perfect as well! They made an amazing cake and cupcakes with 24+ hours notice :-) Anyhow, this was an exceptional home and super comfy! Enjoy!

Wonderful but short stay

The house is very nice and relaxing than you add the hot tub and pool, that was just the icing on the cake. This was our first time with VRBO but was a great experience and definitely would stay here again.

Awesome home

As a host myself, this is the perfect place to stay In Havasu. Everything you need, open concept kitchen and living room, large garage for boat parking and beautiful pool with plenty of outdoor seating. I look forward to returning soon with my family.

Excellent home well set up equipped with anything you could want or need! Great outdoor space which we used every day, great kitchen, super master bedroom. The only thing short of perfect was the mattress in second bedroom was a little lacking. Excellent communication from the owner. We look forward to next year staying again!

I loved this house !!!

This house is amazing ! Everything was so clean and new, they had everything we needed and then some. The beds were super comfy , even the couch. I was in love with the walk in shower and the huge fridge . The only problem we had, we couldn't get the propane tank on so we could bbq. Other than that, i would deff stay here again .
