Great trip

We go boating on Lake Havasu every year. We decided to get a house this time instead of a hotel. It was nice to get off the lake and come back to a pool. Everyone had their own room. House was big and very comfortable. Nicole was very kind and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. I would rent here again.

This place was beautiful. Rooms are spread out in the house so makes it nice. Outdoor area is amazing. House is only about 5 min drive to grocery store. Has extra fridge in the garage.

Family fun

Great stay for our family. We came from 3 different locations and worked out perfect for us. Ages ranged from 11 to 73 and was something here for everyone. Definitely recommend it for a larger group. Awesome location. Host was very accommodating.

Family Vacation "Fun in the Sun"

We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials. The indoor bar and outdoor pool area made us almost not want to leave and having the view of the lake was so serene. The location was perfect, not too far from the hustle and bustle, like 10 min. The host was incredibly communicative and responded to all my questions promptly. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Spring break family vacation

We loved the location of this house. It has million dollar views of the Colorado river & sunsets! The back yard was amazing our kids (young adults) didn’t want to leave, they just wanted to stay and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and the very large fire pit in the evening. My husband loved the large barbecue as we did cook many meals in as the kitchen is fully stocked as well. We also utilized the bags set every day. The house is very large & had a ton of space. As you can see from the pictures it could use some updating. I know the sun does serious damage to lawn furniture but newer Chase lawn chairs would be nice. But we would definitely rent again. Communication with Nicole was always prompt & courteous.

Best place in Havasu!

This is my second (but not my last) stay in this unique home. Happy to be back. Other rentals all seem the same blah style but this one has so much character and it makes you feel at home. Plenty of space for our group. Super relaxing. I also love how convenient it is to just about everything. Love to hit the trail across the street and ebike all over lake havasu. Also enjoy sitting outside and watching the lake while I drink my morning coffee and again for evening sunsets. Fun multicade you added btw. Thank you again! Till next time.

Nice and comfortable stay off the main road

The place was very nice and had a little rustic feel. An older property, well taken care of. It’s getting a little tired though. Some things need attention. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was quick to address and rectify which was very comforting.

Nice house Water heater is set at the lowest setting, made for luke warm showers. Garage has several garbage cans that made the house stink badly. Very foul smell that needs to be addressed.
