Nice remodel. Large yard for dogs. Quiet neighbors sorta close to the street so had a lot of traffic noise. A lot of noise from helicopters flying to the hospital close by too. Otherwise nice property and location. Would stay here again.

Liked the property. Just the right size for us. You need new bath rugs they are pretty used and a new mattress in the master bathroom. Garage is perfect. Big enough for 2 cars.

Great place
My husband, daughter and I, along with our fur kids stayed here and loved it! We loved the proximity to London Bridge and downtown. The fenced in yard and firepit were awesome! The kitchen and house in general was very well appointed making us feel "at home" right away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lake Havasu!

Fantastic rental in lake havasu
My husband and I rented this place for five nights over the thanksgiving holiday. It was exactly as described and pictured. Huge garage, which was nice as it fit both out truck and our side by side and trailer. Quiet neighbor. Renovated kitchen and bath. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were there for a boating event. There was plenty of parking for two boats and close to launch ramps. The house was clean and comfortable. Exactly as described and pictures. We plan to stay again next summer.

This place is great/ location
This is our second time staying here. First time was last year and now this year May, 2022. The house is clean and has everything you need. Location is perfect to the London bridge and Havasu Marina dock is 5-9 min away. We will definitely continue to stay here anytime we do a Havasu trip.
