This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo sits on a hillside overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course. The combined living and dining area features a sectional sofa, lovely stone Duralog burning fireplace, TV with Blu-Ray player, glass top dining table with seating for six, plus an additional two bar stools along the counter. The U-shaped galley kitchen includes an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and food pantry.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, chaise lounge, dresser, double wardrobe closets with sliding mirror doors, and private bath with "walk-in spa shower."  The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a dresser, an accent chair, TV, and an adjacent "walk-in spa shower."  A utility closet near the guest bedroom has a washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Off the living area is a rear deck with a wrought iron table and chairs. Here you can eat outdoors or just watch golfers approach, chip, and putt on the number 3 green. Bent Creek condos offer secluded mountain settings,  are are located 3 1/2 miles from the central amenities.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
 Rented golf carts can not be taken to this unit.
