The Space:

The comfortable and inviting decor creates a warm and welcoming ambiance, and the outdoor space provides a great place to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. The community spaces are also fantastic, with 6 outdoor pools, 3 fishing lakes, tennis courts, picnic areas, and more to keep everyone entertained.

Both bedrooms feature a TV and ceiling fan, and the Master Bedroom boasts a large King sized bed. The Master Bathroom suite includes a garden tub, separate shower, and dual marble sinks, providing a relaxing spa-like experience.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare meals and entertain, including a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, air fryer, and fridge. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests, and the living room includes a 75" TV, fireplace, and comfortable couches with throw blankets.

The second bedroom has a Full sized bed and TV, and the second Full Bathroom has a bath/shower combo. Additionally, there is a full-size futon in the area off the kitchen, perfect for extra guests.

There is parking for 2 cars, and trailer parking is available if arranged with the association before arrival. The boat ramp, trailer parking, and boat slip are available for a fee through the association (limited space, so check availability before booking).

Located on the same property as The Regalia Hotel, there are plenty of amenities within walking distance, including pools, restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop.

The Neighborhood:

Wonderfully updated 2/2 condo that sits among 23 beautifully manicured acres with 6 outdoor pools and Marina's nearby. The neighboring Regalia Hotel also offers guests access to the Lake's largest swim-up bar/pool, Dining Facilities, Fitness center and indoor pool. Osage Vistas Condominiums is part of the Master Communities of Four Seasons, which allows use of their pools, interior stocked fishing lakes, access to the Lake of the Ozarks by use of several boat ramps. Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball. The hotel hosts many wonderful musical events as well as bingo night, karaoke and so much more.



Other Things to Note:

It is important to understand that the condo has a maximum capacity of six individuals, exceeding which would be in violation of the Association's regulations. Similarly, only two vehicles are permitted for this unit. Guests must bear the fines levied by the Association if they breach these rules. Additionally, there are several other regulations mandated by the Association that guests must follow, such as having a primary guest who is at least 25 years old, refraining from smoking in the unit, avoiding fireworks, and not leaving towels, swimsuits, clothes, or trash on the deck or railings.

In case guests wish to swim during colder months, they may use the Regalia Hotel's heated indoor pool situated on the property. For a single day, the pass costs $10 per individual or $20 for a family. Parking passes for up to two vehicles will be issued to allow parking in the private lot in front of the building. Guests may also use the free public parking available at the Regalia Hotel & Conference Center. Two dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and up to date on their vaccinations. No other pets, animals, or living creatures are allowed.
