The resort overlooks the lake, so the setting is breathtaking. My room was clean and acceptable and the bed was comfortable, but if you're looking for something fresh and modern, this is not the place for you. The furniture is old and the TV is small! The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and stove and is equipped with dishes and glasses, which would be handy for a family spending a few days there. My room had a porch with a table and chairs overlooking the lake, making me wish I was staying longer than one night. The staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is a nice alternative to the high-priced resorts Lake of the Ozarks is known for.

The bed mattress was perfect. This is something that is let go from upkeep. A great night's sleep from night one. Full kitchen, properly fitted with utensils and mating plate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great view of the lake. Apartment furnishing is kind of dated but everything works. Kitchen has basic amenities but best to bring your own if you’re planning to cook, ie additional plates, cutlery, cooking utensils. This of course depends on largely what you’re cooking but it’s a good thing there’s a Walmart about 20 mins away so you can always buy what you need. All in all, value for money if your goal is for a free and easy getaway without breaking the bank.
