Hideaway at Harbour Towne
Summary:
Welcome to Harbour Towne Hideaway. This space will give you everything you need to never leave as well as keep you waiting to come back. You have access games, cards, puzzles, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating & entertainment space. An open patio with a grill & fire pit. Between the pools, free parking, tennis courts, clubhouse and fishing youâll find yourself leaving feeling refreshed and ready to return to ârealityâ.
The Space:
This space has been thoughtfully designed to welcome you and your family or friends to enjoy quality time & always come back. This 3 bedroom offers a Master with Queen bed & ensuite full bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The Secondary bedroom is offers a Queen bed and a queen airmattress with sheets & blankets in the closet that you have full access to during your stay. Your third sleeping space offers a Full over Queen bunk bed. The main bath offers a full tub/shower combination and all the soaps, towels & essentials you would need during your stay. There are beach towels for your use as well & a coffee bar to help you wake up every morning. The fully equipped kitchen & private grill makes it easy to truly never need to leave during your stay. You can always enjoy a quick takeout meal from many of the delicious local restaurants nearby. Sit out by the fire pit and enjoy an evening drink while playing games & watching the sunset.
Guest Access:
You will have your own private code to use that will be activated promptly at 4pm on day of check in & deactivated at 10am the morning of your checkout. Your code will be sent to you one week from check in via email or your booking platform.
The Neighborhood:
This resort offers pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse all for use during your stay. You are located near the Bagnell Dam that can entertain you as long as you need or you may never need to leave your condo full of games & entertainment.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: There is 1 allotted parking spot for your stay. There are also visitor parking space. You will be provided 2 parking passes, one for the designated spot for our unit & a visitor space parking pass. Parking passes will be placed on the coffee bar & must be returned upon checkout, if you fail to return parking pass it is a $200 fee to replace each. There are overflow lots for your other vehicles.
Rules: Absolutely no smoking in/on/near the property, any evidence of smoking or vaping will be an additional $250 fine. There is no glass allowed by the pool. Quiet hours are 10:30p-9a. All swimming is done at your own risk & children must always be accompanied by an adult. There is a zero tolerance for pets, a $250 fee will be applied if there is evidence of a pet being brought to the property.
Interaction with Guests:
I will have as much or as little of interaction with guests as you would like. I will always have my phone number and email available to you. If you cannot reach me, Aubrey you can always reach out to another one of our team members using our booklet!
How close is Hideaway at Harbour Towne to the airport?
This condo is 24.2 mi (31-min drive) away from the Versailles, MO (VRS-Roy Otten Memorial Airfield) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
Absolutely beautiful Condo, and communication between us and the owner was above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and I will definitely try to book it for my family again if itâs available on our next stay.
Retired couple spent a week at this spot on the lake with a terrific view. The condo is well equipped for an enjoyable get away including WiFi, TVs with streaming apps in great room and all bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen (although we never cooked, just ate out or carry out!). The best place to sit was on the deck overlooking the lake. There are chairs and a table where you can eat snacks and/or meals. A cardinal (my parents favorite wild bird) serenaded us everyday. Also on the deck is a fire table to add to the ambience after sunset. There was a full (flower) moon during our stay that lit up the lake with its reflections. Beds were comfortable and had extra pillows. Full size washer and dryer to clean up a few essentials before heading home. Owner was polite, helpful, and efficient during our stay. We rented a boat at the Blue Cat-highly recommended activity with them. As flatlanders, we were a bit taken aback by the steepness of the driveway, but we took it slow with our low clearance sports car and were fine. Finally, the condo is well cared for and was very clean on our arrival. The pools were closed, but we may have been too early in the season.
Terrific condo on the top floor with great views of the lake. I had a ten day work assignment in the area and this was far better than staying at a resort. Tons of restaurants within minutes and nice to have the option to grill out. Having coffee in the morning on the deck or cocktails at night was very enjoyable especially with the added fire pit for ambiance. The couch in the living room is also extremely comfortable for enjoying the views. Aubrey was excellent in communicating. Will definitely stay here again next year if itâs available.
Aubrey had great communication throughout our stay, the place was clean and easy to access. The view was beautiful both night and day! It was great to relax and slow down.
