With its vibrant decor, relaxed atmosphere, private setting, and ample sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people, this 4-bedroom waterfront retreat is ideal for families, couples, corporate retreats, golf enthusiasts, and Lodge of the Four Seasons convention attendees seeking a secluded getaway.

Designed to provide utmost comfort, the villa comprises four bedrooms, two furnished with king beds and two with queen beds. Additionally, three queen sofa sleepers ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. Spanning two levels of captivating lakeview living, the upper level offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent dining area, and a balcony. The lower level boasts two more bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a wet bar complete with a mini refrigerator, multiple cozy sitting areas, and a magnificent lakeview living space that leads to a sweeping multi-level deck overlooking the water. This family friendly house also has a crib, highchair, baby changing pad, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. We had a wonderful time. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The interior design is dated but I believe that is also part of its charm. Great deck and amazing view of the lake! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house

The house was great. We have a large family and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved playing downstairs and enjoyed the community pool! We will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was amazing. The house itself was super clean when we arrived and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. There was ample space for us all to park and plenty of sleeping areas for everyone to rest their head. All of the appliances and such worked. The house may feel dated to some, but everything works as expected and is super clean; our group felt that it really fit the lake house vibe. The location of this house is really nice, you're able to get great views and some really beautiful sunsets. The back porch is awesome and the dock is great to swim off of.

Perfect location for a getaway with the family.

We really enjoyed our spring break trip at this house. Large enough space that we didn’t hear the kids playing games downstairs and plenty of deck space for watching the sun set. This was exactly what we wanted and will for sure go back again. It’s at the end of a dead end road too, so not much traffic at all. Very quiet and peaceful location. Few minutes from the grocery store and a couple of restaurants if you want to eat out one night.

Great Stay!

We (4 couples) loved this house! We instantly felt right at home with everything at our fingertips. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, there's plenty of room for everyone to do their thing. Large dining table, room for everyone to be in the kitchen, large room downstairs for those watching TV, playing games... Bedrooms were very comfortable with great views. John and his group were so responsive when we had a question or request. We highly recommend this great house!

The property is amazing! We had a problem with the oven due to the knobs being switched potentially by a previous guest. This caused our oven to set to broil and would not turn off. We contacted the property manager and a maintenance worker was at the property within 10 minutes and diagnosed and resolved the issue. There was lake access to go kayaking and floating. There were nearby pools and the property was close to the Dam. It was nice to have things to cook with and coffee cups to use. My family loved the place and plan to return.

Good place for family stay

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay. We got into the lake every day (water was warm!) and used the outdoor community pool several times. We were unaware that there was a major boat race weekend coming and so the noise of the speedboats from 7am to 11pm was disconcerting. It's not a complaint on the house or location but more of a heads up to people who are looking for something ultra quiet 24/7. It did take us a while to figure out the climate control and the selection of serving utensils was limited but we loved all the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Plenty of space for people to be on their own when they needed to be.

Amazing property in the Ozarks

We decided to take a family vacation to the Ozarks this year and found this property on VRBO. Everything was exactly as listed. The house easily accommodated the 13 family members, 8 adults and 5 children aged 5 to 16. There was plenty of space for all of us. The home is right on the water and we enjoyed many many hours playing in the lake. The fishing was amazing also right off the swim platform. The amenities at Tree Top Village we’re great from the multiple swimming pools, tennis court, sports court, hot tub. The home is also located close to lots of things in town and you could easily run errands without having to drive too far to get things like groceries and dining. Overall an A+ experience. I would definitely rent here again.

we had our 3 children and their families there for a family reunion and everyone without exception was extremely pleased with the property and we will be back again, this was a very spacious and family friendly property. we would definitely stay there again dana was fabulous. we had a clogged drain in the air cond unit and she had repairman there within 30 minutes of us contacting her.

Perfect family vacation!!

We had a fantastic vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for a number of family groups and gave privacy to all in our group of 11. The house was perfectly located for activities. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were clean and nice. The owners equipped the house with all kinds of amenities for the kitchen, laundry, linens, kids area, etc. Outdoor deck had a gas grill and a picturesque view of the lake. Couldn't be better!
