Little old hotel half a block off the main drag and right across the street from the shops at heavenly. Has been all redone and even though the rooms are small, they are spotless. The manager, who I think is maybe the owner? Allowed me to check in early when I got there much sooner than I thought I would. I really enjoyed my stay and I would be happy to stay there again when I return to Southlake Tahoe.

Room and bathrooms were very clean. Comes with small fridge and microwave. Bed is very comfortable. Only issue i had was the A/C was blowing towards me as I tried to sleep. Although i love a cold room, i was almost frozen LOL. So we ended up sleeping without the A/C on which wasnt too bad.

Super clean and easy process to check in. The rooms were well kept and organized. As well as super clean! Smelt like a fresh room when walking inside and beds were comfy. If you’re looking for a quick easy location and comfortable sleeping, this is the place.

Great location! The room had a weird smell which is a big deal for me and the kids bunk bed had an ac wall unit but the other side of the wall was the cleaning/maintenance room - a bit weird so we didn't use it.

The only negative was the one way in-out parking lot it’s tiny and if you are there on a sold out night you have to back out to the road. The rooms were very quiet, nicely updated. Right on the stateline.

This is a motel right in the middle of the town, at the back of a gas station. Did not seem particularly safe or family-friendly. We were concerned about noise from other occupants, but were told that since it was not the weekend, it was rather quiet! Room is newly done, looks straight out of a Wayfair ad or a B&B room with average DIY grade materials. If we visited the area again, would probably not choose this.
