Our location in Tahoe Vista in North Lake Tahoe is fantastic for a getaway-close to many Tahoe attractions but away from the crowds. All of our cabins feature all of the amenities of home, as well as access to our beach and pier, exclusive for the use of Franciscan guests. Great location, clean, but dated.

Appliances are partially dated - they're probably going through remodeling (had old AND new fridge in the room). Dishwasher didn't work and heater was very old and noisy - in winter when it comes on every half hour at night, it's not helping to have a good sleep.

I will notify maintenance about the dishwasher and heater, and perhaps those appliances can be fixed or replaced. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Rustic cabins at Kings Beach

The cabins we stayed in were just across the street from the beach. They had a rustic feel with cute decorations. The beds were a bit hard, but that was the only issue. They offered free DVDs to check out and beach towels for use at the lake. We will stay here again.
