Starting with the checking is until 4pm, there is no one at the office to assist you. Our room wasn’t ready at 4 so we had to wait till almost 5pm to get in our room. This was very inconvenient for me since we were tired and cold from playing on the snow all day. The room is big and seemed clean though one of the beds smelled like sweat.

Hi Todd,We are saddened to see your review. We provide a contactless check-in which is advertised in our listing and during your booking process. Once you complete your booking we also send out an automatic email to explain our process. On the day of arrival there is another email sent out automatically advising our guest that if they do not receive their welcome email or text by 4:00pm to let us know. We also contacted you at the phone number you provided in your booking with your check in instructions at 10:15 am on the day of arrival. Once arriving to our property there is also more information regarding our process posted at the front door alongside a Ring doorbell to contact us should you need assistance. When calling our phone like the auto attendant also explains our process. We have made every attempt to make the process as seemingly as possible and unfortunately you did not seem to see any of the steps provided from the time of booking to arriving to our property. Though we understand this process is not for everyone we make sure to make it clear from the beginning. We wish you well on your future travels. Thank you

After reviewing your survey response knowing we spoke personally, we are saddened after you shared only at checkout from your numerous days stay you had challenges including your husband who did not have challenges staying in the same room. We had our national pest company inspect the room and reported none of the claim you noted were seen. After traveling 6 hrs to Lake Tahoe with a 1 yr old a 3 yr and a 17 yr old I stood in the lobby for 15 mins waiting to check in while the employee had family dinner. Asked for a crib, not available. Then after going in my room I called the front desk to see if I cld at least get a extra blanket and pillow but no one answered. This by far was the worst check in and customer service experience ever.

The hotel staffs appear only when the doorbell rings. It seems a staff appears only in the early morning. The rooms are too old and noisy all night for water streaming. Even the windows blind was too thin so I could not sleep well due to the strong parking lot lights coming through the windows. On Friday night, the people on the same second floor has a party till 11:30pm, and there was no staff handling my complaints of the party noise. The food for breakfast is really terrible; tiny and tiny un-fresh apples and very limited breakfast items. Lastly, the room rate is TOO HIGH for the quality of service. The hotel should be rated to '1' of out of 5.
