Hi Todd,We are saddened to see your review. We provide a contactless check-in which is advertised in our listing and during your booking process. Once you complete your booking we also send out an automatic email to explain our process. On the day of arrival there is another email sent out automatically advising our guest that if they do not receive their welcome email or text by 4:00pm to let us know. We also contacted you at the phone number you provided in your booking with your check in instructions at 10:15 am on the day of arrival. Once arriving to our property there is also more information regarding our process posted at the front door alongside a Ring doorbell to contact us should you need assistance. When calling our phone like the auto attendant also explains our process. We have made every attempt to make the process as seemingly as possible and unfortunately you did not seem to see any of the steps provided from the time of booking to arriving to our property. Though we understand this process is not for everyone we make sure to make it clear from the beginning. We wish you well on your future travels. Thank you

We had our national pest company inspect the room and reported none of the claim you noted were seen.
