An extra $60 had to be paid due to resort fees and valet parking(no choice -all valet). None of this was mentioned until AFTER I booked the place. Also, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Although the front desk was notified of the problem at 7:30AM, it wasn’t until 9AM(when we were checking out) that anyone from the hotel checked with us about it… so, no coffee (and no apologies or effort to make up for it.) Coffee by the front desk was empty… this was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at! It

Overall, the property was okay, but there were details that were pretty bad. First, the valet parking was a bit of a cluster. The valets were not paying any attention to the cars waiting. Unfortunately, there is no choice but to valet. Second, the coffee maker in the room was broken and the microwave was covered in some food the last guest blew up. Third, this seems trivial, but it's just annoying the flat screen TV was mounted to the wall pretty crooked.

Room very clean, all in room features worked 100 percent. Bedding, shower, fireplace, tv’s, electric blinds worked perfect. Great little bar, great prices for this area. Walking distance to lake, boat rentals, fairy rides, the works. Perfect for a family trip to big blue!

Hotel is showing its age. They did some renovations on the floorings. Our room was spacious for a studio which came with a kitchenette. It does seem dated and the bathroom blower wasn’t working . Overall our stay was still great and comfortable. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Excellent location and the service from the staff was amazing. They were doing some work on the floors and it was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was excellent.

I put on safe room fireplace winery was melted. They told me it was good. On a Saturday when maintenance came out to check it then the fireplace kept going out and then we tried it again on Sunday and they really inspected it and seen that there was melted wires where the ignition was at.
