Valet parking required and at busy times it can get congested, staff does their best to provide fast service, like the texting service to alert ahead of time that you want your car. Nice property but can take time to get from front to your room.

Hotel is showing its age. They did some renovations on the floorings. Our room was spacious for a studio which came with a kitchenette. It does seem dated and the bathroom blower wasn’t working . Overall our stay was still great and comfortable. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Excellent location and the service from the staff was amazing. They were doing some work on the floors and it was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was excellent.

I put on safe room fireplace winery was melted. They told me it was good. On a Saturday when maintenance came out to check it then the fireplace kept going out and then we tried it again on Sunday and they really inspected it and seen that there was melted wires where the ignition was at.

The fridge didn't work for some reason which was disappointing for the food I brought. There were zero washcloths in the bathroom. The alarm clock was broken. Both of the luggage carts used had broken wheels and were super difficult to steer and push to and from my room.

Lovely spacious room! Comfy king bed! Very clean; just please update the dual bthrm sinks and shower floor. There were was rust in the sink and the shower floor tiles emitted a moldy smell.

Expect to get charged for every little thing. Our 1st interaction was the concierge trying to sell us a timeshare. Then the parking attendant told us parking was included if we parked across the street, only to be charged for valet parking anyway when we checked.
