Really cute room. Nicely appointed and dig the Conway lights. Water pressure was amazing, restaurant next door was good. Clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds. Highly recommended.

Nice location and very comfortable rooms, a nice place to stay and ealiing distance to the gondola, and the lake! I wiuld stay here again if back in Tahoe. The other great things is having the Toulouse eataurant next door, great people, great food and lovely atmosphere!

The grounds look like a construction zone in the pool area. The adjacent hotel plays music outside that I could hear in my room. The hotel did not provide a refund when I tried to modify my reservation 72 hours in advance. The room interior was tired and dated.

Gem of a hotel...

This little gem is an under rated gem. Perfect for access to the slopes and plenty of things to do within walking distance. Also, the on-property restaurant is top notch and beautifully appointed.

The 200 sqft Cozy King was suitable for my spouse, our toddler and I for a weekend trip to Tahoe. The room was tidy and equipped with the basics. Very conveniently walking distance to Heavenly village which had everything we needed to enjoy our trip; I.e. coffee, shoppes, and restaurants. We plan to stay again during the summer!

Would stay again if price was lower

For the price, I would have expected a little more. Room was great, zero complaints there. Breakfast was pretty minimal and at one point I noticed the milk was expired and let the front desk person know. She seemed unconcerned and didn’t immediately pull it from the fridge. One staff member with glasses and longer curly hair was wonderful; very nice and helpful. The other front desk girl who was younger with straight dark hair probably shouldn’t be in customer service. Everything I asked seemed like an inconvenience and her answers were often short and borderline rude. Hot tub was small but at least it had one. Loved the movie night with popcorn and the bar/restaurant was nice.
