Host cancelled day of check in

The host cancelled at 2:30pm on the day of check in. I was traveling with a group of 10 people and we had no where to stay. The host and VRBO did not help rebook us. Horrible experience and I will never jeopardize my trip with this host.

Gus was very easy to communicate with! The instructions and recommended things to do and places to eat were really helpful! Neighborhood very quiet. My family really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for anybody
