This 1-Bedroom Guesthouse is located just steps away from Lake Hollingsworth. Enjoy all the activities, restaurants, and bars in downtown Lakeland. Tastefully renovated, this guesthouse was designed to provide comfort and an easy commute to Florida Southern College, downtown Lakeland, Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and Dixieland Historic District.

Besides being the perfect location around Lake Hollingsworth, the Guesthouse provides comfortable furnishings, thoughtful renovations, and tasteful decor to provide an elegant and modern vibe.

As you enter, the living room provides a queen sofa bed, a nook area with a circular dining table that seats (4), and a full kitchen.

This place was exactly as described—if anything, even better in person! The hosts were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming from start to finish.The location is a huge bonus—right on one of Lakeland’s most beautiful lakes and perfectly central to downtown, making everything we needed super convenient.As a VRBO owner myself, I tend to have pretty high standards
 and this sweet space absolutely delivered. It exceeded my expectations in all the right ways.We stayed here as a group of three (my two adult daughters and me), and the couch easily converted into a very comfortable bed—plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy.We truly loved our time here and hope you enjoy it just as much as we did!

Excellent location

This guesthouse was adorable and one house away from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth which provides a 3 mile walking and biking path for lovely morning or evening outings. We were there almost three weeks and worked during weekdays while enjoying local family and friends in the evening and weekends. The museum in town is impressive and there are so many conveniences (stores, restaurants, etc) within walking distance. The hosts left nice little amenities and we found it very clean. Would definitely recommend for a single or couple!

Close to FSC

Perfect for our trip to Lakeland to move our daughter into Florida Southern - this is so close! We didn’t do much other than sleep and shower as we were busy out and about so it was perfect for us. Walked around beautiful Lake Hollingsworth which is pretty much across the street and so gorgeous! Used the laundry once while here, too. Helpful! Appreciated the coffee, creamers and water in the fridge, too. Comfortable bed and very clean. Thank you!
