1st floor features a spacious Great Room with a U-Shaped Kitchen. There is lots of seating and a breakfast bar and table for dining. The recessed lighting & high ceilings give this space an open grand area for families to gather together.

The kitchen has a coffee maker with starter pods as well as everything you need to prepare meals. All 4 bedrooms have Smart TVs and all 3 bathrooms have starter toiletries for your convenience. There is an air mattress and Pack N Play in the downstairs bedroom closet as well.

Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood but very close to US Hwy 98N, this Northside oasis offers WiFi, central heat and air, washer and dryer, and a grill out back.

The unit is near the main road US Hwy 98N which has Publix grocery store, Walmart and restaurants within minutes. Paintball, Trampoline Park, golf and shopping are only a few short miles away from this Northside oasis.

The house is conveniently located. It was clean and comfortable. Yolanda was an excellent host. Communications were timely. Four of us seniors were on a golf trip and had a great time in the house. God willing we will be back next year.
