The front desk person was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite because we were stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes. Suite was lovely. We enjoyed the extra space. One downer. They supplied real coffee mugs for us but one of them had thick grease in it so we couldn’t use it

The location is close to a lot of chain restaurants, shopping plazas and a bowling alley two minutes away. The hotel parking was available for free on site. The entrance is clean and the staff friendly. I booked close to the pool so unfortunately the pool wasn't heated and it was cold in November. My issue, not theirs, I should have called. They offer a mini food area with freezer should you not want to leave your room and heat something up. They also offered cold drinks (no alcohol). The room was fine. Sheets and bed were ok. I liked the sink outside the bathroom. Pleasant for one night. Probably better on warmer days to enjoy the pool. You could walk to some of the restaurants if needed.

Everything was almost perfect. The shower needs the head that extends and the parking was congested because we got back late! Other than that it was great. Will stay here again. Plus we love Lakeland, will be back for the state basketball championships early next year.
