Great shopping and dining options available in walking distance. Rooms were good and clean. Air conditioning could have been better but not a huge problem. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Very noisy being directly across from a loud restaurant bar that goes on until 2am. Seemed like they were short staffed with housekeeping. Only 2 towels in our room and the breakfast area was unkept and garbages overflowing .. sadly would not recommend this hotel. Also the toilet in the bathroom was so low it was almost like a child’s toilet. The shower door didn’t stay closed…..

This was very clean and convenient to local shops. I don’t think this was a $300 a night hotel but I had to stay in Lakeland for a night and this was my only option that I felt was a safe choice.

Nice hotel

The clerk that checked me in has the personality of a card board box. Not helpful. Acted like I was an inconvenience. The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean shower/tub.

When I book The Room I requested the pay at the front desk when I checked in early that day I got an alert from cash app they tried to charge my cash app and I never gave them information for cash app

Awesome

My grandmother passed away so my husband and I along with our ShihTzu, booked a suite for two nights to attend her funeral. The room was very clean. It was a large room with a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. There was a huge tv. There is a ton of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
