The staff was great, but there was a lot of work being done at the entrance of the hotel, and there were dogs next door to one of our rooms who barked a lot. There are some areas that need updating/freshening in the hotel. And lots of early morning noise outside (garbage trucks or delivery or something.)

Staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was clean which is most important. My room faced the back parking lot and it was quite noisy. I was able to clearly hear a freight train going by from a few blocks away and either a garbage truck or a truck at the nearby warehouse moving a large container. There were parts of the common areas that could use some attention and there was a general musty smell when entering.

Front desk staff (Riare, Tony and Devin) were absolutely amazing, eager to assist and so pleasant to deal with. They made our stay simply awesome and I would go back to the same hotel again. Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We weren’t able to check in a half hour before the official check in time. Which is OK if other people on line behind us (and there were several) also needed to wait. Then at three our rooms weren’t ready. Room was dark, lacked standard toiletry amenities. Low water pressure.

This hotel is dated and needs some sprucing up. I don’t really mind that, but I don’t think it was the cleanest either. Some dust on the nightstand and soap residue left on the bathroom counter. The other issue was that we had reserved a king room and we received a room with two double beds. It was a late check in and we were too tired to change it. Disappointing. Staff was warm and welcoming.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything in the room felt well-maintained and organized. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which made the overall experience even better. The location is convenient, and the amenities added great value to the stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the level of service provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Lakeland.
