This hotel is really nice and fairly priced. I stayed 10 days for just over 800 bucks. The property itself is a bit rundown, only one of the elevators works, theres some stains on the carpet and holes in the walls lol. In our room some of the hardware like lights, hairdryer, ect. Didn't work, also the minifridge freezes anything you stick in it. But the staff is super friendly, polite, and helpful and the pool is clean and cute. The whole place is comfy and homey and if you need a place to sleep while you go on daytime adventures this is the perfect place. If you're looking for more of a romantic hotel or something more upscale then maybe look somewhere else. Great place to bring kids and pets to, though. Next time I'm in Lakeland, I'll be staying here again!

The property definitely needs some upgrading, it has a dingy dirty look. The AC cover in the room was falling off and the mattress was discolored. The hallways and elevator stunk.

Roaches. I woke up to them. Also the main elevator didn’t work. Everyone had to walk all the way through the main floor to what seemed like the emergency elevator near the back exit. Waking up to roaches was worst. They were on the bed.
