Horrible Customer Service

The front desk employee was very cold. I had to return 3 times to the front desk because the door would not open. The 4th time someone came and saw it was the door lock. I was given another room. It smells bad. I will not stay here again.

The carpet was musty smelling. The bathroom had an annoying odor. The telephone in the room didn't work. The lamp on the table had a ripped out cord and didn't work. The lady at the front desk tried to accommodate me and moved over another lamp. The hotel is very substandard.

1 out of 5 stars. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had cockroaches crawling everywhere all night, and there was a terrible, sharp, almost toxic smell that made it hard to breathe. It was impossible to sleep. Totally unacceptable conditions. I strongly do not recommend this place until they fix these serious hygiene and cleanliness issues.

Do NOT stay here. They don't have any hotel maintenance. Our room's door handle came off every time we tried to open it. The room smelled odd. Couldn't change temp (battery out?). Coffee packets in room but no coffee maker. Mini-fridge's freezer had so much frost you could barely open/close door. That's a short list. Everything a maintenance team would take care of.

Check in was a nightmare and they ran my card earlier even though it said PAY AT DESK with no warning that they were “overbooked or full” and needed to pre run cards and cancel anyone’s card who got declined- if you’re going with a group and use one card for hotels only this was a joke then when I had to do several transfers they didn’t even mention or charge or include the incidental fee. Hotel smelled like a wet cig. Almost slipped and fell in lobby checking in. No one cleaned our room for 3 days trash overflowing no TP
