The full eat-in kitchen features upgraded appliances, a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings, and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full family meal, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

The living room is designed for comfort and connection, with plush seating, a 65-inch Roku TV, an electric fireplace, with a reclining sofa and a reclining chair with USB chargers, built-in for relaxed family time or cozy nights in.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a dresser and chest of drawers for easy unpacking, and a 55-inch Roku TV for unwinding after a long day. The second bedroom is ideal for kids, teens, or additional adults, featuring two sets full-size bunk beds that comfortably sleep 8 , a chest of drawers, and two 40-inch Roku TVs. It also doubles as a great gaming space if you bring your own system.

A private screened porch leads directly to the backyard and houses the washer and dryer, offering added convenience while keeping everything neatly tucked away.

This is a cozy, attached in-law suite. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and mindful of noise

For renters who are staying a week or longer please set trashcan out Thursday evening in front of the house it will be picked up early Friday morning
