Booked the room , i arrived around 5pm . The manager sent a text with a pin code for the door lock which i couldn't access , it was pouring rain no response to my return message so i decided to leave . As I was leaving the premises I passed who I think was the manager and said to cancel the booking because I couldn't get in and was not happy about staying there after that. He said ok but Expedia has still charged me. Very disappointing, I found a better motel for cheaper than the Expedia price advertised... Beware of this booking trap !! Refund for this inconvenience would be the right thing to do but I won't hold my breath waiting.

Fourth time we have stayed here and find it excellent in every way. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. any request such as ground floor or the same room as we had before are always meet.

In a word "awful". At least the bed appeared to be clean, unlike the rest of this tired, outdated motel. Money should be spent on a refurbishment, also the bathroom needs a decent clean. the only money spent was on the door locks, so that nobody mans the reception.

This place should be condemned

There is no reception, you receive a message with the code for the door, That’s all ok… but when you arrive you realise why. The outside of this property is in such bad condition it is dangerous. Some of the balastrades supporting the balcony are rusted through, moss everywhere and the garden is overgrown, pool is in need of repair and the gate is propped open with a rock.
