Its special feature? Its large wooded area and the view! Billiards, table football, table tennis, but also the trampoline, swing, and multiple ball and racquet games will surely offer you unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its wooded park overlooking a pleasant forest path, its immediate access to the coastal GR trail and its proximity to the beach, everything in this house is designed so that you only want one thing: to enjoy! And if you fancy having a seafood platter delivered, you have a mussel farmer right next door. It can be a bit noisy, but it's worth it for the freshness of the products!
On the ground floor, the independent kitchen, equipped with induction hobs and fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster as well as a kettle and various accessories, offers a practical and functional space. The spacious lounge-dining room, boasting breathtaking sea views, invites you to share a warm and convivial moment in front of the rotating wood-burning stove. To relax, a television, DVD player and wifi connection are available. You will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its independent shower room and WC.
Accessible from the lounge, the family suite is equipped with a double bed and a single bed overlooking the park with private terrace, as well as a large king-size bed in a mezzanine boasting breathtaking sea views.
