This Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage comes with a full kitchen, ample deck space and is only minutes from the beautiful sand beaches of Lake Huron.Whether you decide to take a wander down to the main strip of Grand Bend, sip a morning coffee on the deck while listening to the waves, or enjoy some time inside the beautiful renovated living room this cottage is all you need for the perfect beach holiday. Parking for 3 vehicles, 3 Bedrooms ( two Queen and one Double) with sleeping space for six people --two full sized couches make it possible to sleep 8.
Saturday to Saturday --7 Night rentals only.
$ 2500 per week --Check in at 3:00 pm and Check out 11:00 am

We loved the house, especially the location within a short walk to the beach. The layout was very functional with an entry at the walk-out basement level. Wrap around deck with large grill and table and a large and fully equipped kitchen made our stay stress-free. Would rent again!

Very well equipped cottage in a great neighbourhood. 3-4 minute walk to a quieter part of grand bend beach and a 3 minute walk to the main strip. Great and timely communication with host. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location-only a few minutes walk to a beautiful, sandy beach or to the main street for shopping & restaurants. The wrap around verandah was such a great spot to sit, in sun or shade at any time of day. We used the barbeque a lot, and the fully stocked kitchen inside had literally everything for our family of 7-we just needed to bring our food. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with both bedrooms having patio doors out to the verandah. The showers had lots of hot water, and it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer for just in case. With adult children joining us at different times of the week, it was fantastic to have 3 parking spots on site. Lori was very responsive, and gave extra pointers on places to visit nearby. Would highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and Main Street—and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The home is spacious, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which was perfect for our needs.That said, the property would benefit from some updates. A fresh coat of paint on the cupboards, walls and ceilings, replacement of the patio doors, and a few modern touches would enhance the space. The sofa was not very comfortable, and a more thorough cleaning of the floors and carpets would be appreciated.With a few improvements, this home has great potential to be an exceptional vacation rental.

Great place

This rental is awesome. It’s very close both to the beach and the main strip of this quaint town/ village. Communication with the owner was easy, smooth, and hassle free. Lori seems like an amazing person. Highly recommended.

The property was great, and the host was very accommodating. The only criticism I would have is that the listing failed to mention all of the amenities offered. I could have brought less if I had known how well equipped the cottage was.

Great Cottage!

This property provided plenty of space for five adults. The kitchen is large and provides an open common area. The available garage provided excellent storage for our four bikes and the bike rack. Having an on-site washer and dryer was also very convenient!

Lovely property, steps away from the beach. Comfortably sleeps 3 couples (2 queens, 1 double). Great kitchen/living room area, in case you have a bad weather day. Nothing to dislike, everything to like.

Perfect Location in Grand Bend

My family and I spent 3 days in this beautiful cottage. We had our dinners outside in the cozy deck. Lori was super helpful and responsive. On our checkout day she even allowed us to leave our car parked in front of the house for the day. The cottage is located in a quiet street but close walking distance to the shops area and beach. Would love to come back here!

Pandemic Getaway!

After 6 months of no travel for a couple that lives to travel, we booked this beautiful retreat! The home was beautiful with everything we could have needed for our week there! Close to the beach, lots of parking, washer/dryer, huge beautiful kitchen and just lots of space for relaxing and forgetting what’s going on in the country! Great time!

Lori made the check in process very easy and was available if we had any questions or issues. The cottage looked just like the pictures! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and just a short walk to the beach! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay at Lori's cottage again.

Mini Vacation...COVID getaway

Aside from a few light bulbs missing the cottage was more than satisfactory. Location was great, close to beach and town. Beds were comfortable and showers were good and hot. All appliances worked and keypad entering and exit easy to manage. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for access to beach and downtown core. Property owner was pleasant and accommodating. House was reasonably clean, washer and dryer were broken and fridge was acting up but owner brought a replacement and was very accommodating with regard to that. Overall I would recommend this property and rent again

It was set up very well, they utilized the space. Lots of room, close to the town and beach.

The property was clean and a great location. I just wished it had a fenced yard for my dogs. It was short walk to the beach and Tim Hortons as well, good mix of all kinds of people young and old. The owner provided great service, she had called ahead to give me a password and had lots of info on the fridge.
