Très bien.
Le logement est agréable et propre. Conforme au descriptif. La situation, sur Basse terre est pour nous idéale. La terrasse (qui est en fait le lieu de vie) est très agréable aussi. L'hôte, Sylvain, est charmant et disponible. Un petit regret : la piscine est un peu loin de la terrasse, dommage. Sylvain a oublié dans le descriptif la cafetière Dolce gusto ! Ce qui pour moi n'est pas rien, mais l'important est qu'elle était là. On reviendra probablement.

Une semaine parfaite à Lamentin.
Mes 2 amies et moi avons passé un tres agréable séjour dans la maison de Sylvain. Celle ci est tres bien située dans la campagne, au calme. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir Basse terre et profiter de la plage mais aussi des randonnées vers les cascades et la Soufrière. Sylvain et sa compagne sont tres discrets mais presents si nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soit. La piscine est belle mais nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour en profiter.... La maison est tres propre et tres bien équipée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci Sylvain pour ce bon séjour...trop court!

Magnifique sejour
Si vous venez en Guadeloupe, c’est le logement à louer ! Calme , un bout de verdure vibrant, des hôtes très très discrets et d une grande gentillesse, serviabilité et réactivité ! La maison est accueillante , fonctionnelle, propre, équipe, bref un séjour de travail de quelques semaines enrichi par un lieu avec une si très belle énergie.. favorisant un sommeil récupérateur…pour couronner le tout .. la piscine est une vraie valeur ajoutée à cette maison et pour des vacances incroyables sur l’île ,,.Merci Sylvain et son épouse nous vous souhaitons vraiment le meilleur ! propriétaires bien sympathiques; très bon accueil; Véritable maison équipée; rien ne manque; les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus sont très discrets, mais disponibles si besoin. Séjour au Lamentin
Très bon accueil de la part de Sylvain et son épouse, très discrets mais très serviables. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner du premier matin. Le logement est très agréable, bien situé dans un endroit très calme et d'où il est très facile d'atteindre assez rapidement n'importe quel endroit de l'ile. La piscine dont Sylvain trouve l'eau trop fraiche à son gout à cette saison est très agréable. En résumè, mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore à nos hôtes.
