This beach front unit has enough space to comfortably fit up to 6 people, has all new furniture and is recently refurbished. With a great pool just down stairs from the apartment, you will be sure to have endless hours of fun and make ever lasting memories. Access to the best beach in Yeppoon is directly across the road while delicious fish & chips, pizza, burgers, coffee and general store are 50 meters away. Start your day watching the sun rise over Lammermoor Beach while enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony and listening to the waves crash on the shoreline as you finish your day with a walk along the beach. The esplanade has a great bike path, perfect for a stroll or ride. The opportunities to relax are endless. La Mer Moor Beach House is conveniently located only a few kilometres from even more cafes, shops and Yeppoon's CBD. Or even better, the marina is just a few km's around the corner for a day trip to stunning Great Keppel Island.

Host was uncontactable. Apartments outside were grubby. We had no car park it was taken by residents. Residents partied outside in the pool for two days so I couldn’t take my son for a swim as Everyone was drinking and smoking and loud music on the one night. Our wheelie bin was full so residents were obvs using it. We couldn’t get into our room as the code you gave us was wrong then we couldn’t get hold of you all after tesvlleing 12 hours with a sick baby it was awful that we had to stand around waiting for someone to call us after we pulled all our bags up the stairs but couldn’t get in

The unit was very nice, nicely decorated and clean.
The unit could have had better supplies - dish liquid (only three schets provided), no dishwasher, should have been additional bath hand towels and face clothes. Main issue the main Aircon was not working therefore it was uncomfortable in the kitchen/dining and living areas. The actual building was very scruffy,
Stairs and landing to our unit was filthy (my husband swept). Grounds were very unkept. Much room for improvement.

Everything was great, 4 star because main air conditioner wasn’t working so wasn’t as nice as it could’ve been. Glad the bedroom I slept in had the best one so I got some sleep at least

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment, with all the mod cons we needed, and right across the road from the beach. Sunrises were lovely to wake up to, and while it's on a main road, the windows block out most of the sound
