Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Grab Rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back patio with garden furniture and gas barbecue. 6-acre grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the unfenced river.. Nestled in a peaceful private hamlet in the heart of rural Wales, the cottages sit within 8 acres of shared grounds with tranquil river frontage, offering a serene escape for couples, friends, or small families. Each cottage is beautifully designed and fully equipped for comfort. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan lounge, dining and well equipped kitchen area. Smart TV. With one king and one twin bedroom, plus a modern wet room featuring a walk-in shower with seat and grab rails, large sink with grab rail and heated towel rail. Please note the king size room has limited space for a wheelchair but the twin room has wheelchair space between the beds. Outside, enjoy your enclosed patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating—perfect for soaking in countryside views over the owner’s land and river. Patio has portable ramp from french doors to patio.
