I enjoyed my stay at Clarion. I loved the view from my room, including the gorgeous sunset. My room was clean and inviting. I appreciated the available amenities. There were a couple minor oversights, such as an outdated Lancaster magazine in the desk drawer (2024 version downstairs in lobby however) and no tv channel guide information in the room (I called front desk and they gave me a copied sheet when I went to the lobby for it). There needs to be a better sign though, directing guests to its true location. While it is where the small road sign directed to turn, one sees a different hotel establishment ahead of you as you enter, and a restaurant to the right. I had thought maybe it was behind the other hotel? I had to check the map on my phone to verify I was in the right location. It is beyond the restaurant and easily missed because you’re paying attention to where to turn off the main road. Two other cars were rerouting themselves around the other hotel and I wondered if they, too, missed where to get to the inn. I did see the one car in its parking lot later. Issues easily remedied. I would stay again.

Stayed here a few times, and it was good value for the money. Clean and comfortable each time we used it. Gentlemen, we checked us in was very accommodating. All in all a good experience.

It was convenient location for our needs. Housekeeping staff needs to be trained on the proper way to clean and that’s coming from a professional cleaner. Inn staff not very friendly. Breakfast was scheduled for 7am and it was not. Staff said it would be at 7am and I told him it was now 7:20 am and he had to check time and said “Oh well it will be ready in about 15 more minutes.

The lawn was well kept. The room was a disgrace! There was dust every where, old fashion furniture, mattresses were worn, hair in the run down bath tub, iron board cover was filthy. Mold all over the bedpost. Outdated dirty phone. Brown spots on the sheets as well as the worn our thin towels. I wish I could submit the picture I took. Never again will I stay at a Clarion (Choice hotel).

Convenient location to local attractions; comfortable, clean room. A couple of minor annoyances: tv channel lineup is outdated, and a couple of times a loud high humming sound occurred when toilet was flushed, which happens with older plumbing. I will be a returning customer.

Reserved for 2 rooms got charged for 3 rooms. Very dirty. Bugs in the rooms. We could not take showers. The bathtub was so dirty and gross. Had to have them come and change the sheets on one of the beds. There was dirt and hair on the sheets. Mold on the ceilings. Spider webs throughout the rooms. We will not be back!!
