Welcome to our family friendly estate, the perfect destination for your next getaway! With over 8000 sqft of space and 4 acres of land, there`s always something to do for everyone. Inside, you`ll find a salt water heated pool with a fun water slide, as well as a game room with air hockey, pool table, and arcade games. The full theater comes with a vintage popcorn machine, snacks, and reclining seats for a fun movie night. The house also has a poker room, entertainers kitchen, coffee bar, and wet bar, making it the ultimate entertainment hub for your group.

The layout of the house includes a bunk room with 5 twin beds and a half bath, a spacious living room, dining room for 10, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bath on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses and TVs in each room, and 2 more full baths. The finished lower level has a second living room with a sleeper sofa, and a walk out patio with a premium hot tub and gas fire pit.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love our fully enclosed basketball court, equipped with basketballs, pickle ball paddles, and dodgeballs. We`re also just a short drive away from popular attractions such as Valley Zipline Tours, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Logan, and Ash cave.

Please note that our indoor salt water pool is maintained at 80-85 degrees for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Also, pets are welcome with a $150 cleaning fee; however are not permitted in our pool or pool room.
Our quiet residential area does not permit parties or loud music, and we have exterior cameras for security at the entry doors and parking area.

Family vacation

Our family wanted a home that all our grandchildren and their families could enjoy. The home offered an indoor pool, hot tub, and theater room. The kids, ages 1 to 11, loved it. They spent much of the day in the pool and occasionally the hot tub. Then they would end the night in the movie theater room watching current favorites. (Minecraft, Sonic, etc). The kitchen had ample space for everyone to prepare meals and enjoy dinner together. And the large game room proved very popular too. Pool table, air hockey, video game, chess and a few more. Outside had a basketball court but we stayed with indoor activities as there were so many things to do. The manager, Rachel, was easily reached and responsive to questions.It was a fun stay.

Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Valley View Villa. The house was spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! We had a great time swimming in the large indoor pool and enjoying the theater area. We 4 kids ages 13 yrs to 1 yr as well as 7 adults and 3 larger dogs - and there was space and activities for everyone. Our host, Rachel, was also very responsive. We had an amazing time making a lot of fantastic memories together.

We had a great time. Kids lived in the pool. We did get a little freaked out when we saw a 5 foot snake by the hot tub and then on the roof, but we were out in a wooded area, which was beautiful. We only wish we would have had the time to stay longer.

We rented the home for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party & wow - it was exactly what we needed! So much space for the 10 of us to spread out but great common areas to come together. Birthday Weekend!

We rented this property to celebrate a couple of family birthdays! The location is perfect, very quiet area surrounded by woods. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their thing. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court, game room and having their own room. We cooked all weekend and the kitchen is spacious with nice appliances. Plenty of seating for dinners which was also a plus. Made a lot of family memories! Rachel is a wonderful host and communication was easy and prompt! Thank you!
