The property was fine and obviously very new. The only issue is that there are no grab bars in the tub shower or the walk-in shower. Very dangerous for older people as my wife and I are. Also we had an emergency with a malfunction of a smoke alarm in the ceiling outside of the main bedroom. Obviously not a fault of the owners but they did not have an emergency number to call and didn’t get back to us after we left two messages. We ended up calling 911 to come to our assistance. The alarm kept beeping very loudly. I verified that there were no fires but could not shut the alarm off. This started at 5:00 AM. The fire rescue was prompt and very professional. Other than that we enjoyed the property very much.
