Our host was pleasant, attentive and responsive. The home is very nice, modern, comfortable,well equipped. It's in great condition as well. We made our breakfasts and evening meals there. All equipment is modern and in good working order. Such a cozy, comfortable place to stay!

I stayed at the Owl House to go to the Corvettes at Carlisle show. My stay couldn’t have been better with the comfortable accommodations, which provided everything I needed and more. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, the TV and WiFi were great, and the back porch allowed time for quiet reflection and watching wildlife. The house was about 25-minutes from Carlisle, which worked out great. I also went to Little Buffalo State Park for a hike and some time in the woods. Lynne was excellent at communicating and making sure that I had everything I needed. The house is very nice and even smells like it is brand new. I loved this house and quiet location.

Absolutely beautiful. Well stocked and comfortable . Birds and wildlife just off the back porch. Quiet and private . Very highly recommend !!!! Hope to go back again.

Relaxing

We had an amazing stay. We attended the Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle and it was peaceful to return to the cabin each evening for a relaxing time. My son-in-law and grandsons, along with a friend from high school, were together. We loved this place! Communication with the owner was great. I highly suggest staying here.

Soooo cute!

The house was just as it was listed but the pictures don't do it justice. Mom and I walked around the house when we got there taking in all the art work. My great grandma loved owls so it was like she was with us during our stay. Landisburg is where she raised her family and grandchildren. The house was lovingly decorated as well. Our host was very thoughtful. The back porch view was amazing and my mom loved watching the birds.

So relaxing

This is not our first stay, and it won't be the last. The Owl House is a beautiful, quiet location. Secluded enough for privacy, close enough to the owner (and good neighbors) for security.

Peaceful retreat

The Owl House was a perfect little retreat for my friend and I who were in town for our high school reunion. After fun, but long, hours of socializing, it was so nice to pull into the driveway and slip into the quiet of the country setting. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed, exactly as described.
