As soon as you step foot in this lovely lower level studio, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open-concept design living area. It is decorated in an elegant manner, complementing the fantastic location close to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.
 
The fully equipped kitchen and the inviting dining area are where you'll prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through large windows and French patio doors, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the tastefully picked furniture, and enhancing the pleasant ambiance.
 
Retreat to two comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5* hotel comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of Landrum sightseeing.
 
But wait! The best is yet to come! Step onto the private patio where you can soak up the sun, catch a breath of fresh air, and enjoy an al fresco meal while in the beautiful outdoor space.

Magnolia Studio is the lower level of our home that also has a completely separated upstairs (3bed/2bth). The top level can be rented separately, or together for large families or groups. There is no staircase or passageway between the two levels.

Loved Magnolia Studio

Surprising Little Getaway Spot

The unit is well-decorated and laid out and made for a very nice stay with a short commute to the Tyron International Equestrian Center. The Main Street area is very quant with some nice restaurants as well.

Excellent rental!

I am moving and needed a few rentals in two areas. This one was excellent. The other was far from it! So grateful to David and Tammy for providing exactly what they advertise. Cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, great location and so many little touches that make this an excellent choice! Because I left while still dark most mornings and returned after dark many days a special bonus was reliable lighting and a reliable entry/lock system. Thank you for making my move back to the area, extra special David and Tammy!

We loved our stay in this beautiful Magnolia home. It was very nice, clean and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, etc. David, the property owner, was nice, friendly and available. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again.

Awesome Studio

Really enjoyed this studio for my short visit to the Landrum area for the Tryon Beer Fest. Perfect weather for early November. Enjoyed grilling out on the patio for dinner with my sister. Was able to enjoy the large TV Saturday evening to wind down with a little college football. Amenities were down to a T with everything needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay at the Magnolia Studio again. Thank you David!

Magnolia: the Hidden Gem in Landrum, SC (close to TIEC)

This gem is truly a diamond in disguise! Subtly hidden on the bottom floor of this "unremarkable from the street view" little home is a 5 star, completely revamped 2 bedroom apartment. Fully modernized with every amenity needed for a lengthy stay or a quick get away. My daughter and i stayed here for 3 weeks while competing at TIEC. Large screen smart TVs and a very welcoming living, dinning, kitchen great room area, perfect for hanging out together. There is a full blown work station if you have to bring work with you. Electronically rising desk and super internet connectivity. The property located right off the main street, however, it is remarkably secluded and quiet, being that it is the bottom floor, entry from the back with plenty of parking for an over sized lifted vehicle as we have. We had guests staying in the apartment above all three weeks and interestingly, due to the layout of the property, we rarely saw or ran into any of them. You are a mile from the main highway to "jump" (pun intended) to TIEC,15-20 mins depending on your style. The owner of the property is top shelf as well. Very personable, super responsive to questions text/email and very helpful with local information as well as restaurant recommendations. Super communicator. We cooked in the fully modernized kitchen 50% of the time and you have everything you need to do so. Booking again for next summer. Heads up, upstairs was booked continuously plus us downstairs, if available, you better grab it ! JB
