Apartment Traumland - central location in Landstuhl

Welcome to our completely renovated non-smoking holiday apartment "Traumland". We have renovated and furnished the apartment with great attention to detail. The two-room apartment has a bedroom with double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), living / dining room with sofa bed (1.40 mx 2.00 m), kitchen and daylight bathroom. A separate parking space is also included. Furthermore, there is free internet available via WLAN.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. a. Coffee capsule machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Towels, bed linen and tea towels are also included in the price.

Satellite TV (flat screen) and DVD player in the living room and bedroom are of course not missing.

Our apartment is centrally located in Landstuhl-Mitte. Shops for everyday necessities are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find two Italian restaurants, an Asian snack bar and an Irish Pup.

The Sickingenstadt Landstuhl lies on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. Despite the proximity to nature, the routes to large cities are short thanks to the excellent infrastructure: Kaiserslautern is only 14 km away. The Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region can be reached in just under an hour's drive thanks to the direct motorway connection. Even Paris can be easily reached with the ICE from Kaiserslautern in just over two and a half hours. And from the airport in SaarbĂŒcken (50 km) you can also fly to international destinations.

Landstuhl has numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries - in short: everything you need for everyday needs.

The leisure activities are impressive. The modern sauna area of the CUBO with the attached natural outdoor pool offers pure wellness. In the neighboring Ramstein-Miesenbach, the Azur leisure pool with indoor and outdoor pools invites you to swim in any weather. Golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The 18-hole course of the Barbarossa golf club in Mackenbach offers the right variety for beginners and professionals.

And finally, nature lovers will find everything they are looking for in the Palatinate Forest: hiking, Nordic walking, biking in the midst of a unique nature. There is also a pinch of the Middle Ages with the castle above Landstuhl.

Great place and location!

Went to visit our son and this place was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, home, and comfortable bed. Had every amenity we needed. The host replied very quickly to messages, checking in was seamless. Had parking for our rental car and our son could park there too. Super close to many good restaurants and some shopping.

This property is great! Kerstin was there to greet us as we arrived and gave us a tour of all the facilities we could use while staying at Traumland. Really, it was a home away from home. She thought of all the little things to include in the property that made it relaxing and perfect. As well, great restaurants are just a walk away. When we did use the car , it was nice to return to the private parking dedicated for the property. We were extremely happy staying here, and would recommend it to anyone!

Incredible stay, awesome value

Traumland was one of the best shared residences I have ever stayed in. Kerstin goes to great lengths to provide an immaculately clean and very well-appointed apartment. She thought through many small details of what her guests may need, and we were so grateful to find everything we needed already on site. Parking is extremely convenient, right outside the door. The neighborhood is perfectly quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is within a short walk. A few small pubs just a few steps down the street. Grocery is just a few minutes' walk, and the train station is just 10 minutes away on foot. I really cannot say enough about how nice it was to stay here. If you are looking for a beautifully-appointed property in Landstuhl, you will not be disappointed.

Traumland - I love it!!!

Kerstin is simply outstanding and accommodating!!! The apartment is quaint and cozy, the kitchen is stocked (even has wonderful coffee), and a walk-in shower that makes you want to change yours at home. She placed instructions on how they recycle and a binder with information to help you use anything you do not understand (even though she shows you everything at check-in). Food: Red Lion Irish Pub - 3 min walk Thai Food- 3 min walk Sushi - 5 min walk Italian - 5 min walk Location: 5 min drive to Landstuhl Base 10 min to drive to Ramstein 15 min to drive Vogelweh 25 min to Kaiserslautern 10 min walk to the Train Station Extras: The unit comes with parking, Center of Landstuhl has a lot of eateries and places to enjoy (Sanders is a great breakfast spot, Dolomiti is great for gelato). Take advantage of the train. Finally: You will not find a better unit for such a great price that is very attentive (I locked myself out of the unit and within 30 min of contacting the host she was there to open the unit (no questions asked). My son is stationed at the Ramstein and I will return to visit if Traumland(Dreamland) is available it will be my first choice of a place to stay!!! wonderful and Convenient

I would give this apartment six stars. The host did a fantastic job decorating it very tastefully and modern. Everything seemed to flow from the coat rack at the entrance with the sets of keys on the thick rounded lanyards for trips to the car to getting situated after a long trip. The Traumland parking spot is located right at the front door. While the host could not be there when we arrived, she was very efficient to have someone nice meet us there. Thank you, Hildegard, for showing us around and answering our questions. The typed sheets in English and German for separating the garbage where a huge help and made the job effortless. The book in the living room with the apartment and area information was also of great help in getting oriented. The bedroom was very practical with the dresser and wardrobe and the bed extremely comfortable. Sheets and bedding have been the best that we have had in any VRBO. There were also bathrobes (even though we did not need them) along with slippers. Just one of the extra touches by an owner to truly make a guest feel welcome The kitchen had everything needed plus the extra touches as to make one feel welcome and right at home. Loved the refrigerator as it was just the right size. Everything was super clean and well organized. The bathroom mirror with the touch sensor in the middle was very nice. I can’t say enough about the many thoughtful touches that we noticed in this apartment to make one’s stay pleasant and stress free. The apartment is only a 15 minute drive to the AFB, 4 minutes to shopping, and 2 minutes to food Asian/American/Pizza

Best stay in the the area

Staying at Kerstin's apartment is like being in the penthouse unit at a boutique hotel. The top floor unit was beautiful and quiet. The decor inside was stylish and the entire place was expectionally clean. After a long day of travel, it was SO nice of her to leave thoughtful gifts to welcome us. The sunrise from the living room window made every morning pleasant to enjoy the wonderful coffee provided (accompanied by three different creamers and tons of sugar options). Throughout the house she pampered us with robes, slippers, blankets, games, fan, plugs, and more. She is the most considerate host who went above and beyond during out stay. Location of the apartment was awesome too. Lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. And more shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all reachable by bike or car including the castle landmark close by. This was the most pleasant stay and we feel lucky that we found this listing.
