HĂŽtel correct pour une nuit

HĂŽtel en face de l’entree du tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique. TrĂšs pratique pour faire les activitĂ©s de l’oriental village. Par contre, c’est mort aprĂšs 21 h. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix et trĂšs bien pour une nuit (surtout si on va vers Koh Lipe depuis Telaga Harbour qui est Ă  5 min en taxi). Mais pas du tout le bon endroit pour dĂ©couvrir langkawi

Not so well maintained for a 4 star hotel.

Not so well maintained for a 4 star hotel. I'll say that 'white' is not that 'white' when talking about sheets...We asked them to change our sheets when we arrived there, because they weren't so clean. The hotel is in the Oriental village, so you have restaurants and shops around if needed.

Hotel getting old

For us ok, because near the ferry port. Everything is getting old, furniture should be changed and bathroom redone. It's in "Oriental Village", which is a recreational ground for maleysian tourists. Next to cable-car. Not a place for holidays, but convinient for the ferry.

Fine, no frills

The bedroom was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom could have used some TLC. If you want to visit the 3-D museum or go on the cable car, the location is great, but if you are there after dark it is a complete ghost town - no restaurants or anything, and it was really hard to get a Grab car to the location. We selected the location due to its proximity to the ferry terminal, so it was a fine place to stay as a crash pad. If you are looking for amenities, you may be better off somewhere else.

Hotellet lÄg precis intill ett ÀventyrsstÀlle! Finns automat, subway nÀra ocksÄ. Spenderade endast en natt hÀr och det kÀndes tillrÀckligt. Helt ok rum, bra nÀromrÄde men fanns inte mycket annat att göra. Personalen var oerhört trevliga, enda minuset var vÀl att hissen ej funkade. Inte vÀrldens frÀschaste hotell men det dög bra nog.

Basic hotel, good value for the price and convenient location for the cable car. Clean bed and good air con. WiFi was a little slow. We got there early in the morning and they kindly let us leave our bags behind the desk until check in so we could explore without them. Like other reviews have said there’s not much open locally after about 7pm but we just made sure we ate before this so it was ok.

The hotel is right next to many attractions including the cable car, sky bridge and 3D art museum. It is only a 10 minute walk to a lovely almost completely secluded beach. It is also pretty close to the trail to the 7 wells waterfall. It is placed in the Oriental village which is like a tiny theme park so it does get a bit noisy from 9am onwards with music, tannoys, people, etc. Occassionally there was also maintenance noises at night. The room is comfortable with air con, nice bed, fridge, desk and en suite. The bathroom did look a little worn down and often there was the sound of constant running water. This personally didn't bother me too much though because I could just close the door and block out the noise. There was only one power point though and this did irritate me. The maids were excellent and always left the room immaculate. The reception staff were very friendly and were happy to help with any issue no matter how bizarre. They spent a long time trying to help me find a watch I thought I might have dropped in a taxi earlier. Overall a very good stay. Not a luxury hotel but very good for the price.

Convenient location

Really convenient location for exploring The Seven Wells Waterfall and The Cable Car. Especially when it's not always certain that the Cable is in use during the whole day (due to weather (wind) conditions. There's is also a nice and quiet beach in a walking distance and cheap restaurants in the Oriental Village. Only downside was our aircone that sounded like exploding in the middle of night. Luckyly it worked well during the day and in the evening.

Hotelli hyvin mitÀÀnsanomaton, vailla minkÀÀn valtakunnan palveluita 1800 - 1900 jÀlkeen. Muutama juoma-automaatti loistaa yössÀ joista hyvÀllÀ tuurilla saa vettÀ. Jos tarkoituksena on keretÀ ajoissa hissillÀ ylös vuorelle niin yhden yön siellÀ voi viettÀÀ. Wifi oli aivan hyödytön jos ei muutamia whatsapp viestin pÀtkiÀ lasketa. Jos koneella tÀytyy jotain tehdÀ niin suosittelen jotain muuta paikkaa. Alueen ravintolat turistikohteita ja kalliita.
