Small terraced house made of natural stone with a private terrace area on an idyllic property surrounded by hydrangeas. The shared garden property with a total of three residential units is located in a quiet location in a rural setting just 700 m from the picturesque coast. Just a little further, the Sillon de Talbert protrudes like a long, fine needle into the sea waters. A true paradise for nature lovers and hikers. Of course, bathing pleasures are not neglected either, because you can discover numerous beautiful sandy beaches and hidden bathing bays around the peninsula. Lanmodez is located between Paimpol and Tréguier, in the heart of the peninsula and offers a good starting point for numerous hikes along the coast. You can follow the popular GR34 long-distance hiking trail, covering 37 km of coastal paths from Pont Canada in Trédarzec to the bridge in Lezardrieux. The typical Breton vegetables such as artichokes, cauliflower, but also tomatoes and strawberries, often in organic quality, are grown in the surrounding fields. Activities nearby: The surrounding coastal landscape is very varied with white sandy beaches, small bays, offshore islands and bizarre rock formations.
