Independent, very quiet townhouse just 150 m from the Arcachon Bay beach. Shops are 50 m away. You can do everything on foot or by bike. 25 m² terrace (no garden). Easy parking nearby. Ideal for a couple or a family with 2 or 3 children. Small shower room adjoining the master bedroom, which is generally not an issue. High-speed Wi-Fi available. The staircase to the first floor is a Japanese step design, quite steep but easy to use. The upstairs bedroom is next to the relaxation area.



Children’s play area by the water. Tourist office and cycle path 150 m away for bike or tennis rentals (5 outdoor courts).



Just 50 m from year-round shops: artisan bakery, pastry shop, chocolatier, oyster seller, greengrocer, deli, newsagent, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, Sunday market, roast chicken and potatoes in season. Supermarket and 9-hole golf course 1.5 km away. Spa, massage, aquabike, aquagym, and gym 150 m away.



5 km from Andernos-les-Bains Pier. Halfway between Cap Ferret and Dune du Pyla/Arcachon. 45 km from the Wine Route (D2) and Bordeaux. The Camino de Santiago passes along the beach next to the house. The house is in a non-flood zone; there are some storms each year but the area is protected. The Bay is beautiful in every season!
