Magnificent, 2 bedroom, semi-detached villa. Spread over two floors with private pool, located in Playa Blanca, one of the most popular tourist areas of the island of Lanzarote due to its privileged location.
The Villa has 2 Bedrooms; one with a double bed with en suite bathroom and one with twin beds, a family bathroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Both bathrooms have Amazon shower heads installed
From the living/dining room with large doors/ windows you access the terrace with the pool (3x6m approx), sun area and gardens, where you can enjoy the sun and the pleasant temperatures that Lanzarote has throughout the year.
The Villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen all appliances, and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
Inside the villa it is comfortably furnished with everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday
Including large LED Television is also a smart tv which is ideal for streaming services and has all UK programmes including sports and films and other foreign channels for the European holiday client.
WIFI is fibre optic also included in the villa so if needed you can comfortably stay in contact with social media or work if you have too!
There is an upstairs roof terrace with mountain views where you can sit and relax whilst reading a book or enjoying a peaceful beverage.
The pool outside is for your enjoyment where you can sunbathe and cool off after sitting in the hot sun.
There is also a BBQ for you to cook on

Great location
Not sure about it being a new property, beautiful bathrooms & showers & flooring.kitchen had electric box cover off the wall but had the basics in it, couches were very shabby & stained which we had to cover with duvets to sit on so that was disappointing , outdoor space good but quite shabby with walls needing paint & maintenance , overall a nice place but needing a few things couches imparticular cleaned.
