The staff wasn’t helpful, I requested a room in the first floor or close to the stairs due to traveling with my elderly mother and the guy at the front desk didn’t even make an effort to help. There was a roach in the room and the door was very hard to close.

The family room was nice but the amenities were okay. We were provided a tv remote control but it didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for another one but the second one didn’t work either. We ended it up just changing the channels manually. The hotel needs major upgrades.
