We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean because she herself had shampooed the carpets. She said she was willing to send someone to clean morebifnwe were unsatisfied. However, who plans a vacation and arrives and then is willing to wait for a cleaning crew to show up AFTER they have arrived!? And how does that help with the urine smell. We left and did not stay. I have pictures and video proof
