Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and has Wi-Fi, we are waiting for you!
The housing exposed South is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, washing machine... - A bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is not provided (fitted sheet 140x190 and comforter cover 220 x 240, 2 pillow cases 60x60). Optional on request for 20 € (30 € with bathroom linen). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet.
The apartment is ideally located in the center of Larmor-Baden, in a very pleasant environment. The building is a former presbytery and has a common courtyard closed. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, sale of shellfish directly from the producers, pizza truck once a week...
Activities : True "key to the Gulf", Larmor-Baden is an active marina. It is an important oyster farming center since it is one of the first in Southern Brittany. Room for improvement
While the location of the apartment was suitable a couple of the facilities fell short of our expectations. The bed is very small and I would not class it as a standard size double bed I am less than 1.8M tall and my feet hanged out of the bottom of the bed. The shower needs to be repaired as the overhead outlet did not work properly due to a leak in the shower hose below. There was a coffee machine but you required filters to use it, surely a cafetière would be more practical?
