The Cap Groix Residence enjoys an ideal coastal location and offers this 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, it comprises an entrance hall with large closets, a bright living room opening onto a beautiful sea-view terrace, and a fitted and equipped kitchenette (fridge, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) opening onto another balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has two single trundle beds. There is also a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, for added convenience, the accommodation has private parking.
*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in the city. If linen is optional, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
