Guests have access to a private pool and free parking on premises.

Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check-in/check-out procedure will be shared.

When you arrive, you can access the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.

While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This property is situated in a calm neighborhood, within walking distance from many beaches and few minutes’ drive from Elpida Shipwreck Dive Site. Surrounded with parks, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants that serve different kinds of cuisines; this flat is perfect for couples, families or solo travelers.

Various bus stops are located all around town near the property. They take you to most destinations, places of interest &; culture; and also to the airport.
Moreover, you can get around and explore the area by bike.
There is a free parking available on premises.

Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra services during your stay for additional charges.

We are environmental friendly, and by that we aim to preserve sustainable energy. So kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in.
Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment.

- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
