The cottage is surrounded by fields with olive trees, wheat, almonds, maize and cattle farms. The harbour town of Almeria is a picturesque 90-minute drive away. The nature park Cabo de Gata is a special region east of Almeria. Places like Níjar, Cabo de Gata and San José are absolutely worth a visit. You could visit the old harbour town of Cartagena, the university town of Murcia, or even take a day trip to Granada with the fabulous Alhambra. There's a restaurant 5 km away and a supermarket 12 km from here.

The home has a communal swimming pool and a private terrace for you to admire the view or have a nice barbecue. There's also a meeting room with a bar. The living room has a fireplace. You're allowed to bring 1 pet.
