Everyone was very nice, the pool was wonderful, it is close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was a little to small to really cook, but we had a great time for the week we were there.

I stayed for a week in January 2026. Easy access into the building. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit had all the necessities. The unit had a nice breeze and I often kept the air conditioner off during the day. Would recommend for anyone looking to visit Coronado.

Had to clean everything from the counters, air conditioner, handles, microwave, etc. Like a film on everything. Would be nice to have more storage. Dont forget to water the plants.

Kids love the pool. adults love the proximity to the beach!

Bright, clean beautiful condo. My kids love the pool and we love that it is walking distance to the beach. Nice that there is a convenience store at the bottom of the condo where you can buy a SIM, some bottled water and basic groceries. Thank you Rodrigo!!

I had a good time here. The property was in good condition and matched the listing. The host was very helpful. Downsides: you might want a car (I took taxis, which are quite cheap.) No hot water: standard for local properties here. Getting in uses a scary-sounding electronic lock/token system but really works quite simply.

The owner was FANTASTIC! He was very responsive via WhatsApp and took care of any issue we encountered. We needed to extend our stay but unfortunately, he had already scheduled other renters. He went out of his way to assist us in finding another unit in the same building which was extremely helpful. As far as the unit, there was no hot water. That in itself isn’t bad if we had known ahead of time. Also, the couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit for even 5 minutes. I found myself constantly shifting and adjusting trying to find the sweet spot so I could watch TV; I never found it.

Trip in Coronado

The property is exactly as seen in the photos, the apartment is clean and tidy. The pool is good. I lack a foot towel and a hand towel, but otherwise everything is fine.
