Clean and comfortable and walking to beach, taverns & restaurants!
We made some extremely wonderful new family memories here to last a lifetime! Aldo & Clara were great onsite to support as needed and host Margarita Gomaz was amazing (responsive & helpful). The villa was conveniently located. The welcome fruit, juice and coconut bread on arrival was such a treat, pool clean and comfy beds & anarondaks made for nice visiting area. Wifi was strong, backup batteries when power went out for a short bit (whole town)…. And all as advertised & we were happy here! Only small recommendation would be a few more plates, drinking glasses & a spatula (we did cook and eat at home most meals but that is me & I love to try cooking local dishes). Everything was amazing to explore Las Terrenas! We did quads to bonita beach, walked to punta poppy and hired a car to go to coson for a day/luis for dinner. Mercado Linda worked great for all food shopping and they delivered for free within an hour. Fresh fish & shrimp from the street and a lovely beach walk 400 meters away. We walked down to the pizza on the corner first night (woodfired) & walked the beach in the evenings & felt totally safe. Lots of flowers and the villa had lovely foliage (palms, flowers and even banana trees)… very clean, walled and gated. Plant a few streets behind that occasionally wafted faint smell but was short lived. The open air pool & conveniences of the house made it a great choice. All in all - a great stay & find! Thank you!!!!
