The apartment is on the first floor of building E in the residence, accessible by a gentle staircase of about twenty steps. Electronic lock to avoid issues with locked keys.

Nothing unnecessary is lacking; everything is designed for you to feel at home, from the toaster to the oven, including the refrigerator and microwave. Careful decoration, relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The residence has a power generator, so there are no power outages. Everything stays connected, from the refrigerator to air conditioners, fans, and the internet.

For your information:

Included in the rental fee for stays of at least 8 nights: Wifi Internet, cleaning upon entry, exit, and once halfway through your stay with a change of sheets. A washing machine is available for your personal clothing and household items, such as bath towels, pool towels, or kitchen cloths. Gardener and pool maintenance. For stays of less than 8 nights, no cleaning is done during the stay.

Not included: Your electricity consumption is your responsibility during your stay. We measure the meter upon your arrival and departure, and only your consumption in kilowatts is billed at the current exchange rate in the village. This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, so please take note.

The rate per kilowatt is 15 pesos, equivalent to 0.30 USD.

A safe with a numerical code is provided; in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, you will be asked to pay 150 USD for the safe exchange.

Please note that an inventory will be taken upon arrival and departure. To avoid spending too much time when leaving, a team of 2 to 3 people is usually present to allow a quick examination of clothing, dishes, and all the electrical equipment in the house. The goal is to leave the property in the same condition as you found it, for the tenants who will follow. Any lost or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We ensure to maintain this property in perfect condition each time it is rented, for the comfort and well-being of all.

The Dominican supermarket Pola does the same. There is also a daily sale of fresh fish at the beginning of POPY beach.

For those who do not want to cook but prefer to stay at home, our contact will help you download a mobile app called KOMIDA. Once in Las Terrenas, this app connects you with the best restaurants in Las Terrenas. Choose your meals, pay, and a delivery person will bring them to you in 30 minutes. No dishes, everything goes in the trash, and you will also delight.

The residence's restaurant will also allow you to eat while enjoying the pool and its sunbeds. Meals at the restaurant are at an additional cost and are not included in the rent. Don't worry, everything is provided; you won't feel lost because you will find everything you need.

To get to Las Terrenas from your arrival airport.

Several ways to join us:

Ask us to organize the transfer from your airport. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and will take you directly to the property, where our staff will welcome you and give you all the first tips you need for a wonderful vacation. This service has an additional cost; please provide your location or flights so we can send you the fee for the service.

Take the bus from Santo Domingo, and we will send our taxi at the stop, but with an additional cost.

Rent a car and be autonomous.

To come to Las Terrenas on your own, we will provide you with the contact of the person who will welcome you to the property a week before your arrival. This person can send you a map with the geolocation of the property. You can go directly to the house. If you get lost, just call our employee; he will help you and guide you to the house.

Once on-site, at the villa.

To go to the village, you will need transportation for those with mobility issues. For everyone else, it will be a pleasure to walk to the beach and go to the center.

The residence is 3000 meters from the center. 30 minutes on foot. Car, quad, scooter, moto taxi... You can use a "Concho," a kind of moto-taxi, which will take you wherever you need in the village for less than 2 dollars. The choice is yours. Enjoy your stay.
