Beautiful large Cozy family retreat 2 story home with 5 bdr, 3 bath & 2 living rooms & family room to enjoy movie nights with some delicious popcorn ,plenty of room for entertainment . Large patio area with a pool.
Nice gourmet kitchen with a really nice counter area to enjoy your meals .
20 min from the strip 4 min from Summerlin . 2 min from Centennial hills .Plenty of restaurants, hiking trails that lead to serene views.
House has plenty of parking with Rv parking as well .
( no access to the garage )
